About the Company~
Since the pandemic started the world has changed in the blink of an eye. The necessity to find options to connect with others away from traditional face to face interactions has become essential to everyday business solutions. This is why the telecommunication and video conferencing industries has become more important now than they ever have been before, but what exactly are these industries? Well, telecommunication is the transmission of information by various types of technologies over wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic systems. It has its origin in the desire of humans for communication over a distance greater than that feasible with the human voice, but with a similar scale of expediency. Videoconferencing follows these same guidelines but has integrated more options into the technology. Specifically, it is the conduct of a videoconference by a set of telecommunication technologies which allow two or more locations to communicate by simultaneous two-way video and audio transmissions. It has also been called 'visual collaboration' and is a type of groupware. Videoconferencing differs from videophone calls in that it's designed to serve a conference or multiple locations rather than individuals. Understanding how and what telecommunication technology does is extremely important but is only half of the battle, the other half is finding that technology at a reasonable price. This is where Brahma Enterprises strives to be a leader. About the Founder~
Bram has been a leading dealer in Cisco telecommunication products for the last 3 years with Golden Gate Networks and has been in association with the products offered for 5 years. Originally a shipping manager and technical support analyst for Golden Gate Networks, the majority of time was spent testing cisco equipment to learn product features, new applications within the space and the place this technology holds in our every day world. After testing, the assignment was transitioned to handling the packing and shipping of the equipment. A large majority of equipment sold is in original packaging but what about the clients needing spare parts, accessories that interact with specific units or are interested in reboxed units. These are all important features that support the customer-seller relationship, which made it so that understanding how to be an efficient shipping manager became an integral part of the puzzle. 2 years were dedicated to these equally important occupations and much was learned.
In early 2019 the position took on a new meaning, Bram brought what he had already learned and utilized it as he was introduced as a global vendor for Golden Gate Networks. At the beginning of this new role, the priority was centered around understanding E-commerce platforms and how to make it so that what’s offered is actually being seen by the people looking to buy. Seeing this to be an incredibly important skill, Bram quickly picked up on the benefits of being able to market to his target audience. What he also began to notice is that as significant as marketing is, it is just as important to build reliable relationships with the clients who have already seen the great products he has to offer. By 2021 he had built a client base that included sales to fortune 500 giants such as General Dynamics Mission Systems, Dominium Apartments, and Peterbilt as well as international companies such as Commtel, ActVisual and Vietsun Technologies. This, among many other reasons lead to him being promoted to VP of sales in 2021. After another year of successful endeavors with over $250,000 worth of sales on the year to show for it, Bram believed that it was time to start his own company where he could create a brand that holds a reputation of what is most important to him, being a reliable source of telecommunication equipment while also building relationships for the growth of both parties. This is why Brahma Enterprises is already a leader in telecommunication solutions despite not being around for as long as many of its competitors.
